Happy New Year! 2010!

Needless to say, I have been Ill. I am recovering. Well, I have done no baking in some time. I wanted to really bake some bread.
I went to the King Arthur blog. I really love all the recipes: Felice Anno Nuovo! Pizza Sfincione to greet the new year. Pizza was up for the New Year! Now! This is not my usual dinner or thought process of food for the Holidays. We had the Grand Thanksgiving Turkey and all the Trimmings. However, Christmas did not have its Ham. New Year's did not have its Black-eyed Peas and Hog Jowl. We had this Pizza:
I used all fresh ingredients: 1 Red Onion, 1 White Onion, Garlic, 2 large Tomatoes, ! large Yellow Pepper, 1 large Green Pepper, 1 cup of Portobello Mushrooms. Cream Cheese sauce with Green Chives, Fresh Spinach, Various grated Cheeses. The Pizza Dough Recipe.
