Beware of Thefts

The Subway Knitter unfortunately, had a thief take off with her new Laptop and Knit bag. I am hoping the thief has Knit Itch the rest of His or Her life. They broke in through Her 2nd story apartment window. So, please be careful even when on 2nd, 3rd, or higher stories of apartments. Demand the Local Policeor force fully investigate the any thefts or breakins.
Make sure everyone in your neighboorhood is aware the neighborhood is at risk to a Creep!!!!

Oh, my! Holidays coming to fast.

Well, fixed the last of the turkey. Had the last of the Roast Beef. Finishing the two shawls. Have project in box, gathering the items to begin after the shawls and the four felted Cat toy balls.
Going to bed now. Have hard days ahead and have to work on Saturdays.

New Yarn at Downtown Store

Well, I took time off to sign a package for UPS. Now I have all this time on my hands. I went to Windsor Buttons Store. They have the new Berroco Trilogy Yarn I even got the #7620 Perthshire Green. Now I am waiting on my blanket. In the mean time doing the sleeves. Checking gauge today.

Football Sunday knitting

Well, the Patriots are winning at this time. Knitting on my Brother's blanket. Putting more edging than first anticipated.
I hope my Brother enjoys his blanket. Continuing to work on the bus only, the black shawl with Fun Fur.

Shawl for Friend

Well, I am almost finished with my Brother's Prayer shawl. Have about a skein to go and then the boarder. Think I will put some of Betty's thread around it. I have also picked out and started my friend's belated birthday shawl. As long as I get it finished by the end of November then It will still be in Her Birthday Month.

Military Celebration

I have a person in Iraq. I am in the development stages finding a green Army Blanket. I will be going to the Army surplus this weekend. On my Army Blanket Coat, I will be doing by hand the Army Emblem. I am knitting the arms now. I will not be using WOOL Thread. Allergy very bad. So, I will be backing my blanket or have to choose a different Green Blanket.
