Sherrie, I really like your VSD for September....your petals are so soft and you did a great job of getting the reflections in the vase. I also like the colors that you used on the table. Thank you for introducing me to this group.
Wow, your colors really make that table vibrate against that dark background! You really found a way to make the whole image as interesting as those petals!
Thank-you all for the wonderful comments! You are too! too! Kind. I am re-photographing today. I was so excited. My first full Acrylic in a long time. I used Daler-Rowney and Utrecht heavy body acrylics. Maybe you can see this maybe not. That Blue is fully across the back of that Ampersand Gessobord, 9"x12". The same for the table. I should have taken stage photos. I laid the petals in with white, then painted over with Iridescent white. Then I came back with White and red for the Petals. Edges of Petals are hard work. I am doing an acrylic grayscale this weekend on Ampersand Gessobord.

A lovely painting Sherrie! Your petals look so light and soft and show up so well against the dark, moody background.

Great reflections - it takes serious "looking" to be able to capture all that. Good job!
Thank- Regina! I have had so many wonderful comments. I am so thankful, you noted the reflections. It is a new turn in the road for me.
